At UNICO Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium-quality food packaging products across the UAE. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened food packaging products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food packaging products
- Customized or printed products
- Clearance or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning any item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Bulk Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders may have different return conditions. Please contact our team before placing large-volume orders for complete details.
